[LRflex] Leica lens repair question

Fellow Leica nuts,
I recently took my Leica 50mm M lens to a Sacramento, California repair shop
after I noticed dust and one mark on the lens. They just called yesterday to
inform me that the lens had to go to Leica for repair. Anyone know how much
this is going to cost? Any alternatives?
