Bonjour Philippe, I don't believe anyone will be able to obtain the D3 software - it is what sets the D3 apart from the L 1 - as both cameras are physically the same - and helps to justify the higher price of the D3 (along with the Red Dot) bien sur! :-) One thing I have discovered is that the Silkypix program packaged with the L1 to decode RAW is both simple, intuitive and produces especially excellent B&W photos. That software is better than the OLY Master software that come with the 330E - at least that is my experience so far - but I am not an expert in developing RAW. Enjoyed your first L 1 photos and I look forward to seeing more.
