I'm gearing up to shoot the Ice Racing, tomorrow. Last weekend of the
season. :-(
It will be a tough challenge, as the forecast, here, is for -23C overnight,
with -19C for tomorrow's "high". Snow is also in the forecast. Stake lake
is usually 2 to 3 degrees cooler, as it is almost 205 meters higher.
For those in South Canada, -17C = 0F.
Since it is +4.9C as I write, it's going to be quite a change! Not quite
the "Polar Vortex" that some of you have been experiencing, but it will be a
test of both photographer and gear!

BTW, the fellow in front is not the leader, just the leader of the second
group. The "snow" you see was thrown up by the wheels of the group in
front!
