First problem is to figure out which computer is to blame, as I haven't been on 
the same one in over a month. Been on the road using company computers as I go

First change your password, then scan PC with Malware and Spyware scanner like 
Spybot.com.  If you are using a centralized Password manager, you might get 
compromised in all your other accounts, so it'll be best to change all.  Use a 
sheet of paper and write them down for the first day or two because Murphy's 
Law says you'll forget all your passwords once changed.
