Good morning and thank you to everyone for their thoughts. I’m not in the
market to get a Monochrome, used or new, but ever since Leica brought out their
first version in 2012 I’ve been intrigued with the technology - but never so
much as to search out any information as to if there was a qualitative
difference in the image files produced. The latest Leica ad finally pushed me
into asking, and thanks again for providing me with information to really get
me curious now - enough to warrant further exploration on my part. Thanks… I
think. :)
If Peter K. should see this, and have the time and inclination at some point I
would certainly value his thoughts about using a Monochrome, since he’s "the
man on the ground with the equipment" in question. :)
