So AF and reduced body size are on the way...
Bad news because of AF, hope that at least an adapter for R mount will be
provided if the mount is changed.

I interpret this to mean they will release 'cost effective' lenses for
the R , not unlike the 28 Elmarit Asph, which are not necessarily
performance-first  designs. If so, why bother with Leica R when Canon,
Nikon & CZ all offer optics adhering more or less to this philosophy?

Further, the indications are ever stronger that AF is coming? Will
this mean a new lens mount?

A troubling interview for current R system owners. Time to sell?
