The bird was shot with the 50 ie 100 and it is a monstruous crop - I had the 70-300 in the bag, but, it was ... in the bag. In fact the bird used the fountain to drink, right from the spout, I missed that, and there were people around so it flew away.

Nice shots of Gruyeres ... They made me realize that it's been just over 44 years since I was last there!

But, what did you do with the people? When I was there, Switzerland was an inhabited country! ;-)

Seriously, I love the last one...the "Urban Wildlife" shot, with the small bird on the water spout.

What focal length/lens did you use to capture that one?
