Not really, not for me.

Crop it horizontally with the boat in the lower right corner, leaving some
ripples.
Any other suggestions?
Lighten the shadows in the boat and fisher persons a bit, just so they are
recognizable as people, etc.
It is a very nice shot of the tree color with an accent of the boat, IMHO.
