They were, indeed, lucky! Very lucky!
A crash like that could easily be fatal ... and I hope they caught the guy/gal
who cut them off!

Happy Easter. While riding my bike I ran across this vehicle that had------
come upon hard times.

Seems like it ran into a pole. On our second round, there was a couple
standing there. It was the driver and passenger, his wife. They told
the story, and that he only had a bump in his head. They were cut off
and ran into a power pole at 45mph. Snapped the pole and it came
crashing down between them. Looking into the drivers side, it made a
tight for for him.
