Something similar seems to happen with the Canon 5D body I just got.
A new challenge to play with.
The important thing is to take fine pictures, as you did :-)

Thanks for looking. The adapter is set to show 500mm so I know what lens I
am using. If I set it to 100, that range is covered by a Canon zoom I have,
so to preclude any mistake, if I see 500, I know it is my 100. If I see
50mm at f-2.o I know it is my 35-70 zoom. that sort of thing. got two more
adapters but they cannot be programmed.
