    Hi Mike,
Well now thank you very much. Why not come along for another visit some
time when we can have a get together with some of the crew in Vancouver? When
we know visitors are coming we try to make them welcome and have a rather grand
bash with the LEICA Canadian west coast crew. J

Now, Mike.... I'd be up for that!

We're just a 4 hour drive from Vancouver, and whenever possible, try to make
such meets. So, if you, or anybody on the list, is heading Vancouver's way ...
let us know!

To all those who have wished us well, on and off list, on our national day,
thanks. And to all the Canucks on the list (nearly a dozen, as I recall),
Happy Canada Day!

Here, in Logan Lake, we started our celebrations last evening, with an
outdoor showing of "A Night At The Museum", in Maggs Park - shown with a
massive, HD Digital projector on an inflatable 10 meter (30 foot) tall screen!
Great fun, with lightning all around the horizon, but not in town!

I'm off, in 30 minutes to photograph the Parade. Photos of both will
follow....

After the parade, we have my niece and nephew & kids arriving from Cowichan
Bay (about a 40 minute drive north of Ted) for a big Canada Day BBQ with
friends & neighbours. Nothing like it, on a 34 degree Celsius day! And, of
course, Fireworks after dark.

So, by right of my position of keeper-of-the-list, I hereby declare all
LRflex members honourary Canadians, for the day!

Have a great Canada Day! :-)

  Cheers!
