Love bicycles, but why are they all going away from you? Why not swing
around 60 or 70 degrees to the right and get them coming at you?

I, too, have always wondered about the M series. Got to hold a new M9 at
Glaziers on a recent visit. A customer had just bought himself a Christmas
gift. I watched as he opened the boxes, took out the camera and the lens,
attached the two and scanned around he store. After a minute or two in
conversation, I asked if I could hold it. He actually said yes even though
he had been handling his new toy for less than 5 minutes. I looked through
the viewfinder and it was so bright, like looking through a window rather
than a lens. Well, I guess I really was looking through a window and not a
lens. Duh. It focused so easily in the dim light. It was light, yet
sturdy. I, of course, knew the price of the setup was about $12K, so I did
not fall in love. Besides, it does not fit "my style" of shooting. Then
again, if I did have one, I would develop a new style, I guess. If you own
a hammer but not a screw driver, you build different things.
