Hi Aram,
I can only speak to the issue of *In Body* Image Stabilization because while I
have no experience with either the Sony A7 or Fuji XT series cameras I did own
the EOS-M mirrorless w/o sensor IS and I DO own an Olympus OMD with 5 axis
sensor based IS. Having used R and M lenses on both kinds of sensors I
personally wouldn’t avise choosing to go without Sensor IS without important
personal reasons. Things such as price, weight, a specific camera feature, in
hand ergonomics, or options in non-adapted lense lineup. In body IS is worth
it’s weight in gold in my experience for eye comfort while shooting,
flexibility of exposure, flexibility to use available light rather than flash,
and frankly a higher keeper rate while shooting. That’s my 2¢.
Happy New Year!

Forget that there is a FF vs crop sensor difference. I understand that
issue. I am more interested in native optics, stabilization for legacy
glass, quality of output as far as color and low light, and EVF.
Thanks.
