Hi Ted!

Thinking? If I'd been thinking, I'd never have done it! ;-)

Yeah, Ted... but (parachute jumping aside) you generally restrict
yourself to traveling in vehicles with doors !

My biggest 'peeve' out of all of this is the lost shots...

Sunday we drove up to Dominic Lake (population: 1) to visit a crusty old
fellow to whom we owed a bottle of Yukon Hooch ( Rum) for rescuing us
after a huge windstorm. Then it was off (in a big GMC 4x4 ... with
doors) to GreenStone Mountain - an old Forrest lookout, now used as a
warm-up shack for snowmobiler's. The views up there are spectacular!

Along the way we saw a Moose and his mate, Bald Eagles, Magpies,
Pheasants and Squirrels, amongst others. All leisurely sauntering
around, standing in good light for minutes at a time, holding their feet
or hooves to their faces and "thumbing their noses" at me, knowing full
well I didn't have a camera!

Now, Ted... How many years have we known each other? And you still
believe that obviously erroneous assessment? ;-)

Indeed, I am!

Rose has taken great care of me... but that's because "rich" isn't part
of the equation if I make her a "rich widow"! ;-)

Thanks... I'll try not to make a habit of this sort of thing.

The Sawbones says I'll be better in time for our planned, 3-week trip to
Costa Rica at Christmas.

I'll try to bring back some decent shots with which to redeem myself. :-)

Thanks for your concern.
