[LRFlex] Can you identify these buildings.

Omigawd, it's tough getting old! My memory is becoming like a sieve! (And it
wasn't much good, before!)
Please, if you can, I need help in identifying two buildings. The first is
either the main entrance to the Hermitage Museum in Leningrad (now St.
Petersburg) or the main entrance to the Pushkin Summer Palace, outside
Leningrad.
The second photo is of a building in Singapore. I don't believe I ever did know
the name/purspose of that one.
If anybody on these lists knows the answer(s), please let me know.
