Only the expression of the two faces  and the 'spot'light on both matters and 
its contradiction.

One can wonder why she made such a drawing....

That's the thing about a photo : it shows and yet there are so many wonders 
(not being there at that time)

  Linda,
     I love it, I think primarily because of the juxtaposition of 
  her expression and that on her displayed work.  On my 
  (aging NEC LCD) monitor I can see her face and the buttons on 
  her shirt, isolating her face, but for me this is good.  In any 
  case attention is well directed to the face and there is no 
  distraction.
