This leaves me mystified. If the 24x36 sensor
works even only with the lenses shown in the brochure,
it would easily handle any R lens (except, probably, my ancient
mirror-lock Super-Angulon.)
An R10 wouldn't need to be anything but an electric SL to
be at least as good or better than the 5d and other full frame
options (for my requirements at any rate.) By electric SL,
I mean the SL's finder and meter, and the sensor gets
light only when the mirror goes up, and no auto focus or
auto aperture.
I think there is must be another shoe waiting to drop,
at least I hope so.
