followed by a review of Minn. Stat. 611A, which lists crime victims’ rights in
Minnesota. The presenters will also discuss two forms of financial remuneration
available to crime victims: restitution and reparations. Future possibilities
regarding crime victim’s rights will be included throughout the presentation.
