Think Spring! In a few short weeks spring will be here and it will be
time to landscape, clean up, and start projects and home repairs.
The Association is already working to guarantee our common areas and
amenities are ready for use as the weather warms.
Ledgewood homeowners Jim and Heidi Krukemeyer are inviting all residents
of Ledgewood to an opportunity to share information regarding contractors,
painters, exterior and general maintenance personnel that have worked well for
all of you, and that you might like to recommend. This is a perfect time to
compare notes on projects or problems that we all share as our homes age in
this beautiful development! If you have a project you are thinking about for
the spring, join the group on Thursday, March 16th, at 7:30 in the Ledgewood
Clubhouse, to exchange ideas and solutions! What a great opportunity to share
