The other day at Leroy Elmore watching the goslings, we saw this goose. It was
hanging out with the greylags. It is larger than the cackling geese, same size
and body shape as greylag. BUT black thinner bill, dark rather than red ringed
eyes. brown stripe on back of neck reminiscent of a Chinese goose. What do
you more experienced birders think?
