[le-tools.com] Updates for all tools

Hi everybody!

All tools have been updated (except ConvertShellCode). List of changes:

- Binaries are now hosted on FossHub.
- All tools are now available with an installer (standalone versions
are still available).
- Documentation for each tool is now online.
- Some features have been added and some issues have been fixed. See
version history of each tool for details.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have suggestions or to report bugs.
