I have not tested this, but I would be cautious about trying to use IE 10 with
Jaws 12. I suspect they may not be compatible. Do you have a software
maintenance agreement which will allow you to upgrade to jaws 14?

I don't know about that, I am not even using Internet Explorer 10.
Are you a JAWS user? If so, which version of JAWS do you have?
That said, I usually am able to get my Internet Explorer updates
through Microsoft Windows Update. What version of Windows are you using? When
was the last time you did a Windows Update?
