  Please join the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
(SAMHSA) on May 19, from 2:00–3:15 p.m. EDT, for the free webinar *Social
Host Policies From Theory to Practice*.  Learn from the experience of
national, state, and community-based underage drinking prevention experts
about how your organization might develop, promote passage of, and
encourage public compliance with effective social host legislation.  The
effectiveness of state laws and local ordinances will be discussed, as well
as challenges to their passage and enforcement.  A question-and-answer
session will be included.

Speakers for the webinar are:

   - Michael Sparks, M.S., Alcohol Policy Specialist and President of
   SparksInitiatives;
   - Jim Kooler, Ph.D., Administrator, California Friday Night Live
   Partnership; and
   - Carol Mullen, Coordinator, Carroll County (Maryland) Coalition Against
   Underage Drinking and the Maryland Strategic Prevention Framework grant.
