- Comments: "Chuck Philo found a Say's Phoebe approximately 50 yards east
of the Visitors Center parking lot. Later, I was also able to find it in
the same area where it was flycatching from the rock formation near the pet
rest area. The SAPH was identified by its flycatcher appearance, dark
tail, grayish head and wings, and a rusty underside."
