i ended up with a crate of beer from a friends dad because he didnt check the
fuse on th plug of his pc....
swap out psu from know psu
reset bios with jumper
then down to removing cards/mem ... then cpu/mobo

Seems like only 10 of seem to post! - we have a lot of lurkers!
Problem with PC. . . .
KT7a (new bios)
Radion 8500
2 CDROMS
612 meg ram
Athlon 1 Ghz
40 Gig Ide
230 watt psu.
Was working fine. . . Booted up one morning - Dead. Won't post at all. No
BIOS Beeps either. I've talked the guy through removing everything. And
trying to boot - nothing. Fans sit there and spin - no beeps, no post
Reseated Memory & CPU
My gut feeling is that the PSU is fried. Any other ideas?
