C-D should run along happily enough. . . . Even though the effects of C-D
will still occur on the client side (Radar not working etc).

There "may" be a problem with the auto-update kicking in which will time-out
when DNS lookup fails.

Main problem there might be getting users to stop using CD in events though?
(unless it'll work properly alongside it)
