[LandXML] OT Does anyone know of a construction industry XML Schema?

Hi,
I'm looking for a LandXML equivalent in the building and construction
industries. Does anyone know of an XML organisation, or schema,
targeting architects?
Sorry to be OT, but I suspect there is some overlap here in what people
do, and I have run out of key words to Google on!
