The team will face this challenge with everyone working toward each other's success. Although the drill will be fire based all disciplines are encouraged to participate, and we will have enough fire discipline people to fill in the operations section roles. All team members will be able to perform team functions that they have the expertise in and hopefully learn something additional. We are a new team and success comes with hard work.
