As you may have heard by now, we’re attempting to apply for the AFG grant to
acquire a much needed SCBA replacement inventory. Chief Cramblit and I are in
the data collection phase of the process and need your input to assemble the
package. I’ve attached a data call sheet that has some of your department’s
info already filled in. We’re kindly asking that you fill in the remaining
blocks with the info applicable to your department and service area. If the
existing data is incorrect, feel free to change it. Also, if you are not
wishing to participate, please indicate in the applicable column and fill in
the other blocks so we have a complete picture of the county’s assets and
responsibilities. The deadline for submission is February 2nd so we need your
response back by next Thursday February 17th if possible. This will allow us
some time to develop the narrative and complete the application. If there are
any questions, my contact info is below. Thanks in advance for your quick
replies.
