Actually, Rocky is my bird and the star of several videos. I am Leslie :)
My husband does not stick to any regiment as far as diet is concerned but when
we were married 20 years ago, he was very sick then :(

Thanks! I'm trying to get more people aware that diet can be as much a
solution as drugs or surgery. As either of the other two options, it
isn't foolproof, and each requires a certain self-control (or
regimen)... but it is quite doable.
