I just realised, when themacuser mentioned it on the IRC channel, that you actually need a full install of libgps to build GPStoGE from source... so instead, here's a link to a universal binary of it for those that want to play (just a command line utility, so drop it in a suitable directory such as /usr/local/bin)

You can just double-click on it, but if you want to customise how it runs, you'll need to execute it from the command line.
