The registrations site is up and running.




Here are detailed instructions for the HSA online registration
process.

*We do not have a registration deadline at this time, but the roster
cap
is 25**. *


The process is the same as last time...



Our official league name is:

Valley Isle Coed Soccer League (VICSL)

Each of our coed teams are listed under this league.



Please make sure ALL players upload a PHOTO if they are new to our
league and this is their first time registering.
The HSA registration fee is $25.  Payment can be made by *CREDIT CARD
ONLY**.* There are other payment method options on the website, but at
this point we are only able to process credit card payments.
(This is a SEPARATE fee from out league team fees...the league team
fee
will be announced at a later date.)



A *RETURNING* player is someone who has previously registered with HSA
online, even if you haven't played in recent seasons.  This means you
would have created a login name and password.  If you have forgotten
it,
there is a "Forgot Password" section which you can use to recover that
info.  The steps are outlined below.



A *NEW* player is someone who has not previously registered with HSA
online.  They will follow the "NEW players" instructions.

*HSA ONLINE REGISTRATION for RETURNING** players:*



   1. Go to website http://hi-vicsl.affinitysoccer.com/reg/index.asp
   2. Click on "register for specific team with VICSL"
   3. On the next screen, click on the arrow next to "select a team"
and
   choose your team from the drop down list.
   - Do NOT use "multi-rostering teams" link.
      4. Then, LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT by entering your username &
password into
   in the box on the right labeled.
   5. Click on "Login"
   6. Once logged in, click on"Add self to team".
   7. Pop up window will appear. Place a check next to "player",
adding
   yourself as player to the team.
   - If you are a team rep please also check "team manager". (So both
      "player" AND "team manager" will be check marked)
      8. Another pop up window will appear. Fill in additional
   information if needed. Please make sure to *UPLOAD A PHOTO* of
   yourself if there is not one uploaded to your account already. This
   is required to create your player pass and complete registration.
   9. Scroll to bottom and click "Save"...the pop window will
disappear.
   10. You are now added to team. Click on "CONTINUE".
   11. Read through waiver. Check Box next to "I accept". Click
"Agree &
   Continue".
   12. Pay $25 HSA fee. Select payment method option and complete
   payment.
   - *WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Please choose credit
card
      payment option to complete*. *DO NOT* choose Echeck or check.
      13. You are now done registering for the 2017-2018 Season. You
   should receive a confirmation email from affinity sports.

ALOHA EVERYONE!
  I am writing to everyone to let everyone know that we are gearing up
for our season to start!  We are unsure of the EXACT start date but
it will
be end of September or sometime in October.  Games will be at the 5pm
and
7pm times.  We do not have the field for the earlier 330pm times.

What I need is confirmation from people that you are putting a team
in.
If there is anyone outside of our circle that is wanting to make a
team,
please have them contact me.

EVERYONE will need to register with HSA again.  The new cycle has
begun
so none of us are registered at this time.  The site is NOT ready
tonight
but should be in the next couple days.  However, start getting your
rosters
together and talking to your players.  I will send out another email
when
the HSA site is ready to start registering people.  I do need
confirmation
from each team in order for the HSA site to be accurate.

Right now we plan to run the league as one cohesive season like we
did in
the past.  The County has changed their application process so as of
right
now, we would only be confirmed until 12/31/17 but will put in an
application for the fields until mid-Feb when the appropriate time
comes.
Not something you guys need to be concerned with right now but I
wanted to
let everyone know.

In summary:
1. Confirm or Decline your teams participation in the league for this
season directly to me
2. Contact your players and confirm their participation
3. Check email for a follow up from me about registration availability
through HSA.
