ALOHA EVERYONE!
I am writing to everyone to let everyone know that we are gearing up for
our season to start! We are unsure of the EXACT start date but it will be
end of September or sometime in October. Games will be at the 5pm and 7pm
times. We do not have the field for the earlier 330pm times.
What I need is confirmation from people that you are putting a team in. If
there is anyone outside of our circle that is wanting to make a team,
please have them contact me.
EVERYONE will need to register with HSA again. The new cycle has begun so
none of us are registered at this time. The site is NOT ready tonight but
should be in the next couple days. However, start getting your rosters
together and talking to your players. I will send out another email when
the HSA site is ready to start registering people. I do need confirmation
from each team in order for the HSA site to be accurate.
Right now we plan to run the league as one cohesive season like we did in
the past. The County has changed their application process so as of right
now, we would only be confirmed until 12/31/17 but will put in an
application for the fields until mid-Feb when the appropriate time comes.
Not something you guys need to be concerned with right now but I wanted to
let everyone know.
In summary:
1. Confirm or Decline your teams participation in the league for this
season directly to me
2. Contact your players and confirm their participation
3. Check email for a follow up from me about registration availability
through HSA.
