Unless you just want wallet sized pictures, you should look at at least 4 megapixels. This will give you good resolution on a 4X6 sized print and the capability to blow up to 8X10 with decent resolution. I don't think you can get this capacity, however, in a price range of $200-$250. Bill Bumpas
