[kegswindows] Outlook Express ver 5.50/Win98

My brother has this version of OE. When he sends a message using a group name
in BCC and his own address in the TO field (for monitoring purposes), the
message apparently goes to the intended group, but the recipient sees a
completely different name in the TO field.
Any ideas?
