Something like, "This vaccine surveillance information is provided as an overview of the available vaccine in Klamath County. Provider names have been withheld from the graphics as their distribution plans already in place may deplete all available vaccine." Also, I feel some very general statements about the responder distribution and the planning of school clinics could be included. Further, some general statement about the standing MAG and a process for submitting questions that providers would like posed to the MAG.
