I phoned up River Rat Marina, I think the info they gave me can be
applied to any marina we rent from.
A Small Boat operators certificate is not required; there is a quiz
beforehand which fulfills the requirement. Price does not include fuel,
or taxes. It is off season so booking in advance is not a problem. As
a security the Marina will put a $1,000.00 bill against the credit card
we use, torn up if we do not steal the boat.
