[kag] GPS & speed accuracy solved

Well, it looks I have solved the mystery of my eTrex always reading
5km/hr differently from the speedo on my CRV. The CRV was out. We just
replaced it with an MPV (sigh, we've joined the minivan generation) and
they both agree as to the speed.
