[kada] Health Ins for employees

This question is for everbody,
I have a situation where employee had health Ins and does not want it
anymore stating it is too much for her to pay. So she was without Ins
for 3 months, now she want know if she is getting anything inturn because
she does not have insurance.
She is asking to increase her pay because she not getting health insurance.
Anybody have this situation, and how did you resolve it. Do I need to increase
the pay becasue the employee does not want health insurance.
