[KACT] Fixed online payment button

For those that have registered for the conference, but were unable to get the 
payment button to work...it worked before Christmas but mysteriously stopped 
after Christmas!
   
  I've fixed it.
   
  If you have already submitted your registration form, and just need to pay, 
go to www.kschemteach.org/Conference/Conference_paypal.htm and click on the 
appropriate payment button.
   
  If you have not registered at all, go to 
www.kschemteach.org/Conference/Conference.htm
