Hello Educators,

Tune in next week for the second installment of NOVA scienceNOW,
NOVA's new magazine-format program showcasing cutting-edge science
stories. The upcoming episode will feature stories about stem cell
research, nanotechnology, T. rex, frozen frogs, and the discovery of
the remains of a three-foot-tall human. (Subjects covered:
anthropology/archeology, health science, disease, medicine, life
science, animals, evolution, microbiology, paleontology, technology
& engineering)

In addition, NOVA scienceNOW has added an Ask the Expert feature to
help provide your students with answers to their questions about
these topics. From now until April 26, experts for all five program
segments will answer selected questions. Responses will be posted
starting April 19.

Send your questions in now using the links below. Be sure to include
your school name and grade level(s).

      Stem Cells
Send questions about stem cell science to Harvard researcher
      Leonard Zon.

NOVA science NOW can also help get your students involved in real
research projects. Join a distributed computing project that puts
your school computers' idle time to work solving complex science
problems. Find out more at
