Hi, Gang I noticed that for the last week or so that when I used Juno web to send mail, Juno added a couple of lines of hypertext ad copy at the foot of the body of the email. This was happening even though I am a Juno Platinum subscriber. I contacted Juno tech support, and this is what they said: --- Thanks for writing to Juno Customer Support. We understand your concern regarding the advertising content added to th= e bottom of the = emails you send. Our Internet service is supported in part through the s= ale of = advertising. This helps us provide you with the best service at the lowe= st price = possible. To stop these ads from appearing on your emails: 1. Log in to Email on the Web 2. Click on "Settings" and select "Email Features." 3. Click on "Writing Messages" in the "Preferences" column. 4. Un-check the box next to "Add advertising taglines to all outgoing= email = messages." and click "Save." The ads should not appear on your emails any longer. Juno assures you that all of your personal information such as your name= and address are = protected and kept confidential. We never share this information with ou= r advertisers = without your permission. We never read your emails and the ads at the bo= ttom of your = emails are automatically generated.
