Maybe my math is off, but 3:03 UTC is equivilant to 27:03 our time (ignore
that we only go to 24 - it makes the math easier).  We're 9 hours off, so 27
- 9 = 18.  18 = 6pm.  What am I missing?  It looks right to me...
