[juneau-lug] installfest

I picked up ten 3c509 ISA NICs and two PCI video cards for a potential
installfest.
I've already got the 3Com DOS diagnostics/configuration floppy, and I'll set
the NICs to some reasonable IRQ/IO settings. Perhaps half to IRQ 10 / IO
0x300, and the other half to IRQ 5, IO 0x210. Those values seem "safe" for the
majority of systems out there.
