I used to work at ADF&G Commercial Fish at the old Polar Twin. I
did a bunch of remote connectivity stuff with the LIO back in the
bad old days of 2400 bps modems as big as the computer when we
had to connect to old servers, some of which I believe were Wangs.

My mom had one of those Wangs on her desk when she worked at NASA on
the space program in the early 70's. It was wired to a detector in
a big pile of lead bricks. She would take a sample that just came
out of the nuclear reactor, stick it in the pile of lead bricks,
and then plot the radiation decay spectrum. And then come home and
cook dinner...

And I don't think 8" floppy drives float very well.
