Right now the mailing list seems like the best solution.  I've set up a web
based forum for work, and it was relatively painless (I set it all up via
ssh from home).  However we're doing the low-cost/no-cost route right now,
which means we don't have a real host (the web page is just a GCI consumer
home page).  HOWEVER, that might be another benefit to setting up a UAS
club.  I might be able to talk them into letting me set up an OpenBSD box in
the corner to host the mailing list, web page and run the mailing list.
Then again, maybe not...

I'd be willing to host it at home once I get a cable modem w/ static IP up
and running.  I'm just trying to convince my wife that $100 a month is worth
it...
