[juneau-lug] Script update

I'm starting to update the script pages, to clean up some of the horrible 
and/or stale code there.  I'll get rid of the change chase scripts for one - 
they get a LOT of google hits.  Who knows how many web sites I've destroyed.  :)

Anyway, I know I'm not the only one on the list that writes these things on an 
almost daily basis.  Anyone have a favorite script they want on the site?  
Matt, do you want the perl script you posted on the site?
