Okay,

I will let you look at the web-based portion of this kind of a system,
this is the setup I did to create a new domain called lug.xyxx.com

hexagon:~# /var/lib/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain lug.xyxx.com
Please enter password for postmaster:
enter password again:
hexagon:~#

the password was abc.

then to manage it you type into your webbrowser,
http://lug.xyxx.com

to add yourself a account click on
"To admin lug.xyxx.com click here"

the administrator is always postmaster (unless you change it),
then make sure the domain says: lug.xyxx.com
(it defaults always too 1stlevel.tld always of what your browser sends to
it, so you will have to change the domain manually)
now type in your password abc

now go into email accounts and create yourself an account, and if you want
server-side filtering turn on spamfiltering.

then when you are done you can go back to the main domain
http://lug.xyxx.com
and login as usernameyoucreated@xxxxxxxxxxxx

the system will autopull your account information from vpopmail, you can
change your password in there, setup filtering etc, it's a pretty good
system.

Anybody else on the lug is free to look at it as well... I won't keep this
up for long as it IS live and could potentially be used by spammers, so
Stephen please when you're done with it I want to kill the domain. (so
let me know)

(e.g. with following command)
/var/lib/vpopmail/bin/vdeldomain lug.xyxx.com

Basically what you are going to be seeing is the end result of a system,
if you like the result then go for it, if not try something else :)
