Once qmail is setup and running it is VERY easy to manage, and work with.
If you would like, I'll give you an account and password on a box of mine
and you can see how easy it is for a user and admin to manage qmail.

The most difficult part is the initial setup, after that I believe qmail
is easier then any of the other systems, however... I am biased because
that's what I use.
