Well, a snail's progress made on installing a qmail server on FC1.
Qmail compiled and installed pretty easily. The biggest problem was
getting authoritative DNS set up. gci wouldn't easily let go of the
domain...but now we have less than 1 ms ping times to our nameserver
instead of a 500-700 ms satellite hop!

Now the problem is that I can't get Courier-Imap to configure and
compile. The problem is openssl and kerberos. I tried running the
./configure script with the stock kerberos and openssl and with the
new openssl (with the security fix) rpm from the FC1 updates.
./configure always bails out with an error about checking for openssl
with kerberos, and then a fatal error about tcpd. Not very informative.
We need an imap server due to a high proportion of windows-centric
machines on the network. Any ideas, suggestions?

Stephen
